Tactics 2.0
As previously announced, classic BlackShot features are being remastered and returned to BlackShot Revolution. In today's Operation Transcendence Quarter 4 update, the new Tactics System replaces BlackShot 1.0's Tactics and Mastery, creating an enhanced character ability customization and upgrade system.
Character Growth & Investment on META
You can earn up to 40 Tactics Points by playing matches or through GEMs. 1 point is equivalent to 200 minutes of playtime (represented by an EXP graph at the bottom of the Tactics screen). Alternatively, points can be purchased at 70 GEMs per point.
There are a total of 4 Weapon Types, each with 8 Ability paths, that you can invest Tactics Points in to create the ultimate mercenary of your own making.

- Magazine Extension - Increases number of bullets by 1
- Quick Hands - Reduce reload time by 2%
- A Far-Sighter - Increase range by 3%
- Marksman - Increase accuracy by 1%
- Controller I - Reduce max. recoil by 1%
- Controller II - Enhance recoil recovery by 1%
- Controller III - Reduce recoil per shot by 1%
- Blitzrueg - Increase fire rate by 1%
*Note: You cannot invest more than 5 points per Ability.

Here is more information about <Columns - Weapon Types>
- Invested abilities in a Weapon Type are reflected in-game when your character is equipped with weapons from that specific category.
- Once you invest more than 25 points in a Weapon Type, you'll automatically unlock a Special Ability (see below) for all weapons under that Weapon Type.
<Special Ability>
- Rifle - Special Striker: Slightly boosts Rifle damage.
- Sniper Rifle - Special Marksman: Affects movement speed with equipped Sniper Rifles.
- SMG - Special Scout: Affects SMG range.
- Shotgun - Special Breacher: Affects Shotgun range.
*The special abilities apply to your character immediately once activated for 30 days. The activation cost is 350 GEMs. If you reset points (see below), you will have to re-invest the points to unlock the abilities again.
If you reset points while a special ability is active, the special ability will continue to remain active until its 30-day duration is over.
Once you confirm all the investments, SAVE them to use the abilities in-game.
RESET
Resetting your invested points is an important way to tweak your character and adapt to changes in the game Meta. This action doesn't cost any GEM but you can only retrieve 80% of your investment per each reset. (If number of points you invest is 4 or less, you won't lose any point)

META in BlackShot = Most Effective Tactics Available
Many of you gave your feedback that SMGs and Shotguns were overpowered. As a result, Operation Transcendence brings performance adjustments to all Rifles and Sniper Rifles, effectively shifting BlackShot's Meta to make these weapons more balanced and viable on the battlefield!
The new Meta update applies to a total of 154 weapons; 50 Rifles and 38 Sniper Rifles. Additionally, all Tier 1 Rifles and Sniper Rifles have been enhanced to Tier 2, and select Tier 2 weapons are now Tier 3.
